I have the air suspension on mine and if I leave it in normal mode, I can get it to clunk on potholes or going over speed bumps a tiny bit faster than usual. If I put the truck in aero mode, it won't clunk on those same bumps.

I've taken the car to the dealer and what they told me really didn't make any since. They said the noise was due to temperature differences in the axle (Whatever that means). Last weekend my 2009 Odyssey (130K miles) developed a noticeable clunk on the front right side when going over bumps. Struts were replaced just six months and 7K miles ago with Monroe quickstruts.
